La Casa Del Zorro Resort in Southern California provides a very unique case study of the type of transaction that has increasingly become the norm for us.
At the resort, Luminia financed almost a megawatt of solar. We then took the savings associated with the solar installation and used those savings to finance HVAC chiller upgrades, EV chargers and other energy efficiency upgrades on the property.
