Which is right for your property?
To qualify, your commercial property must be in San Diego County or southern Orange County, and meet the following criteria:
Rooftop Solar
- Roof size of approximately 100,000 sq ft
- Less than 15 years old (or with re-roof potential*)
- Three stories or less with easy access
*We may be able to help you replace or upgrade your roof if your building is an otherwise good candidate.
Battery Storage
- Approximately 5,000 sq ft of clear, flat ground space
- Easy site access for installation and maintenance
- Don’t want to lease? We may offer to purchase a qualifying parcel outright.
