Luminia partnered with Carondelet School and Sun Light & Power to deliver a solar project that now generates nearly 100% of the school’s annual electricity needs. Using Luminia’s property-based clean energy PPA, the school was able to finance the system without personal, trustee or corporate guarantees, and immediately reduce its electricity costs. The installation spans four carports, three rooftops and a trellis with visible, transparent modules that double as an educational feature for students. This financing structure also positions Carondelet to add EV charging and future efficiency upgrades while continuing to save on its energy spend.
